Hello! I'm Meghan, a 23 year old from the central Qld coast. I'm looking for a place in Miami, Mermaid Waters, Burleigh or the surrounding areas, ideally on the tram line and with considerate housemates in their 20s/early 30s. 😊

I'm a clean, tidy and respectful flatmate. I'm organised and considerate, so you'll never have to worry about late rent payments or me being loud/messy -- I'm always very mindful of the needs of my housemates and neighbours, and am warm, easy-going and love making new friends. If you're a sucker for a 2000s romcom, trips to the beach or a cheeky board games/bevvy night, I think we'd get on just fine. 🎲

I currently work full-time as a magazine journalist in Brisbane, and would be looking to relocate to the goldy in early August for a new role, but I’m willing to consider signing a lease earlier than this for the right house. 🏡

I enjoy running, keeping active and getting out of the house as much as possible. I’m down for pretty much any outdoorsy, crafty or social activity — hiking, reading, photography, scrapbooking, camping, live music etc. I used to play the sax but have sadly not played much in recent years so bonus points if you’re into music/playing an instrument and want to start a garage band. (While being noise-conscious ofc) 🥁

I completely respect keeping a calm, peaceful household to enable everyone’s downtime, however I equally hope to become pals with my new housemates and enjoy a chat and hang out every now and then (if you want to of course!) I’m always keen for walks, market trips, coffee, and you could probably twist my arm to go on the odd yochi run.🍦
