Hi there! I'm a 27 year-old woman who loves the simplicity and coziness of living in a small, quiet space. I work 5-6 days as a casual employee. As a non-smoker, I appreciate a clean and fresh living space. I don't have any pets nor children. I would prefer a regularly clean place *South of the River*, preferably near Henderson, that has aircon, quiet and respectful housemates/neighbours, and with a pet-friendly property that has no other pets. My dog is great with people and is clean, well-trained, quiet, and non-destructive.
During my time off I like to go to the gym, paint Warhammer minis, play video games, see live shows, and go out for drinks with friends.
