Hi everyone!

I’m looking for someone to team up with to rent a 2-bedroom apartment (with 1 bathroom and 1 parking space) in either Randwick or Bondi Junction. I have a car, so I’m after a place with an off street parking space.

I’m a doctor training to become a specialist, and I work Monday to Friday in Camperdown. I also have the flexibility to work from home a 2 days a week from time to time.

Outside of work, I enjoy being close to the beach, going to the gym and visiting my friends (they all live in Bondi).

I’m easy-going, respectful, and fairly quiet. A clean, tidy, and peaceful home is important to me, and I’d love to find someone who feels the same.

Ideally, I’m looking for more than just a housemate, someone I can genuinely get along with and hopefully become friends with over time.

I’m aiming to rent an apartment up to $950 weekly.
