I'm a 26yo man, I workout, I enjoy cooking good food, I like to read, hike, and just mostly enjoy being active.
I work full-time, but its closer to all the time, so I'm generally always out of the house.

I'm sociable and enjoy company, but pretty focused on my job and the gym at the moment.
I've lived in sharehouses for years, respectful of everyone's space, and very clean (not OCD but appreciate a clean home).
I'd much more rather get to know my potential housemates, for a vibe check.

Preferably looking for an ensuite and secured garage spot. My budget is negotiable.
