I am easy going guy, responsible for myself, have a good sense of humour, enjoy making home cooked meals, clean up my own mess, and mature in my outlook.
I'm looking to share with someone(s) who are generally similar in nature.

Would prefer a larger 3-4 BR house w/ garage+outdoor area/backyard to share, than a tiny 2BR apartment or unit. Space is really important. Ideally, I don't want to move every 6-12 months, stability is important for me.
I like the beach, swim, fish, gym, riding my moto, playing keyboard and music.
A garaged area for storage of boxes, tools and larger items would be a great advantage.
Would be happy to meet with you and discuss living arrangements in person over a coffee or beer.
I'm in no rush to move in with just anybody, I have a place already, but in future this may change. I am just preparing for it longer term.
I'm open to different areas than those selected, but the areas chosen have more modern homes, space and I can only select area within 25km range.
