Hey, I’m Sam. I’m 24, studying business, and currently looking for a place in/around Adelaide.

I’m pretty easygoing to live with, clean, respectful, and mindful of shared spaces. I like having a calm home base where people can do their own thing, but I’m also friendly and happy to have a chat or share the occasional meal. I’m into music/guitar, gym/fight training, gaming, business/startup ideas, and good coffee.

I’ve lived in share houses before, I pay rent on time, clean up after myself, and I don’t make the house weird. I’m not looking for a party house, more somewhere comfortable, stable, and respectful.

Ideally looking for a place with decent public transport access and housemates who are considerate, relaxed, and reasonably mature.

Happy to come by for an inspection and see if it feels like a good fit.
