Hey! I'm Jai, 26, and I work in medical imaging with Queensland Health.

I'm easy-going, clean and respectful, and have lived in shared apartments before, so I'm pretty used to sharing a space and keeping common areas neat and tidy. Happy to provide a reference from a previous rental/housemate if needed.

I live a fairly active lifestyle and spend a lot of my free time training, running or getting outdoors. When I'm home, I enjoy cooking and reading, so you'll probably see me around the kitchen fairly often!

I'm pretty balanced socially. Always happy to have a chat, share a meal or hang out, but equally comfortable doing my own thing and respecting everyone's space and downtime. I'm not a big party person and prefer home to be somewhere relaxed and comfortable.
