Hi! I’m a recent university graduate and preparing to start full-time work soon. I’m currently looking for a private room with ensuite or own bathroom in an apartment/house to move into around January, or someone keen to team up and house hunt together.
I’m a respectful and easygoing flatmate who enjoys quiet time during the week but is always up for a chat or hangout on weekends. I like to keep things clean and tidy, and I’m pretty responsible when it comes to chores and bills. I’m also big on fitness and love going to the gym so if you're into that too, we’ll probably click right away.
My budget is around $300–$400 per week, depending on the room and location. I’m particularly interested in the inner city suburbs but open to other suburbs that are not too far from the city.
