Hi, I’m Essie from Korea and currently studying healthcare in Australia.
I’m looking for a single room in a *****female-only shared house***** If the house and environment suit me well, I’d be happy to stay until around mid-2027, when my course finishes.
Alongside my studies, I’ve been working as a forklift driver and picker at a warehouse for the past two years, and I always pay rent on time.

My current shared house is nice, but I’ve found it difficult living in a townhouse without air conditioning during summer. I’m looking for a place that stays cooler in summer, or a room with a proper air conditioner.

I keep shared areas clean and tidy, and I value basic manners, mutual respect, and open communication. I’m hoping to live with housemates who are also tidy and maintain good personal hygiene, as I do for both myself and shared spaces. I’m not super outgoing, but I’m easy to get along with and enjoy a calm, comfortable home environment.
