I am a 25yo female seeking accommodation in Northern Gold Coast. I work in Hospitality and IT.
Please consider the following:

1. I am a responsible and independent individual with my own transport and financial independence.
2. I am looking to rent a room for a period of 6 months with a possible extension, and I am flexible with the tenancy start date.
3. I prefer a furnished room.
4. Ideally, I would prefer a lease that includes utilities, such as water, wifi, and electricity. However, I am flexible with the option of splitting the water and electric bills equally with housemates.
5. I am flexible with on-street or off-street parking as I have my own transportation.
6. I am a conscientious and quiet individual who values the personal space of myself and others. I will contribute to the cleanliness of the home and treat it as my own. I am open to discussing any arrangements that will be upheld during my tenancy.
7. I am open to living in a mix-gendered household. However, I prefer sharing a bathroom with a female if possible.
8. If you are requesting a bond, a formal lodgement with the RTA is preferred.
