Hey! I’m Kara, 26 and looking for a new place. I live in Broadbeach now, but my lease is ending Oct 24th. I'm looking for something close to the tram line and south of Southport (ideally, broadbeach or down).

I’m originally from the United States, been in Australia for almost 4 yrs now and studying. I'm pretty easygoing, clean, respectful, and independent — but always down for a chat or to hang.

I’ve worked in hospitality for years, so I’m used to late nights and early mornings, but I’m really mindful about shared spaces and keeping things peaceful. I’m social, but also really value quiet time, especially during the work days.
