• Household size: small household, max 4 people total (including us)
• Location: near Adelaide CBD, excluding the CBD itself and areas south of the CBD
• Ideals: Prospect, Kilburn, Lightsview, Klemzig, Kensington Park, or similar distance
• Pets: homes with dogs or cats are a big plus
• No smorking
