I'm a bodybuilder working full time as a gym manager and personal trainer - so basically I work all of the time either at home or at work. When I'm not working, I'm in the gym or cooking up a storm in the kitchen for meal prep (or yummy treats in off-season)!

I'm a very quiet soul and love my down time amongst a busy schedule. I have a border collie puppy who's so loving and loves people, but he does need a back yard to call his home. He's being trained to be an outside dog at this stage.
