Hi! We’re Jayson and Emily, a reliable and easy-going couple looking for a long-term home starting from the end of March.

About us:
I (Jayson) work full-time as a Medical Administrator in the CBD and am also a Nursing student. Emily works two retail jobs, so we both have very stable routines. Because of my work in the city and my clinical placements for nursing, staying close to a train line is a big priority for us to make commuting easy.

What we’re like as housemates:
We lead a quiet lifestyle and aren't "party" people. Between my studies and Emily's work, we value a peaceful home environment. We are non-smokers, have no pets, and are very diligent about keeping common areas clean and tidy.
We have a great rental history, are always on time with bills, and are looking for a place where we can settle in for the long term.
