Looking for a room to rent for myself, I am 34. I am easy going, able to conversate on many topics but also like my space. I am conscious of electricity and water, pay on time always, love gardening and the simple things in life. I work full-time in administration and study in my spare time. I have a 12 month old indian ring neck in a cage - required inside (she also goes outside when I put her cage outside). Cage is cleaned constantly and has no smell. She isn't messy and is watched when out having cage free time. I am a calm human and not a party person.
