Jay

Hello :)

I am Jay. I'm a 31yo Argentinian. I've been in Australia for 4 years now.
I am looking for a room preferably around Bentley area as I am studying a Master Degree in Education at Curtin University.

I've had my own lease for 3 years and managed a shared house myself, so I am well aware of the responsibilities and in and outs of a shared home. I have lived in shared houses for 7 years now, so you could say I am trained in the art of communal spaces.

I know it is all about communication, not assuming anything, cleaning after oneself and just common sense. Add great vibes to that and you have me :D

I am very clean, tidy and organized, and expect the same from fellow housemates. I really value silence at night, which is why I am looking for a room, since I currently share with a night shifter and it is a bit incompatible.

I also work most days so I would not be in the house much. I go to the gym, I am into science, philosophy, spirituality, music (I play some instruments) and all things curious! I enjoy both a chat and some solitude when needed. I like taking care of plants, so I would probably bring some green to your house!

I do have my own single mattress I'd like to bring with me, although not a deal breaker.

Only important thing for me is to have a spacious desk in the room. All the rest is negotiable :)
