Hi! I’m Gireesh, a 27yo full-time Data Scientist who works in East Perth! I've been based in this lovely suburb for a year now and love being able to walk to work.My budget is max $400 a week (incl bills), I’m looking to stay for at least 12 months, and I’m eyeing a move-in anytime before the end of July2026.

About Me:
- Very clean, organized and respectful. Don’t drink/smoke/party but don’t mind staying with anyone who does.
- Open-minded, outgoing and love cultural exchange - visited 25 countries and over 100 cities!
- Enjoy my own company but always down for any impromptu plans/trips
- I'm very, very active and always go for runs every single day. I also do weekend shifts at Coles (where I used to work while in Uni and eventually became a manager before stepping down), so I'm pretty much home just for my bedtime.
- While home, I’ll mostly be coding, playing my guitar, or cooking lamb. Ride a sportbike and go for rides often.
- Won’t have any visitors except for mum who’ll visit a couple of times a year - she’ll stay for 3 weeks each visit. I'll also be away for a total of 7 weeks every year but I won't be subletting.

Rental History (3 yrs):
- A year each in a South Perth foreshore apartment, a Maylands gated community, and an East Perth apartment. Have excellent relationships with my landlords!
- I pride myself on being smart with my finances and being meticulous with my household duties
- I can send through my leases as well as my landlords’ contacts, for your reference, along with last year’s payslips and bank statement :)))
