Hey, I'm currently looking for a room around Karrinyup, Fremantle, Bayswater, Claremont WA.

Moving from Melbourne to Perth for a new role and hoping to arrange video viewings and secure a place before my move early Nov.

Looking for 6months minimum, keen to extend also dependant on project locations in WA.

A little bit about myself;
- Full Time work - Project Manager
- Easygoing and friendly individual
- Loves to cook and/ or bake whenever I can
- Foodie
- Well travelled - Europe, USA and Asia
- I tend to move every 4 years, I have lived in Adelaide 2 yrs and Gold Coast 6yrs
- Been living in sharehouses since 18yo
- Pet friendly, brownie points for having a house dog as I'm unfortunately leaving my pup with family due to his health concerns
- Creative individual
- Clean and respectful
- I'll be working a lot, so I'm quiet happy to chill at home after work
- Not a party person, but definitely keen for a glass or 2 of wine once in awhile
- Non Smoker
