Hey! I’m Kay, and I’m on the hunt for a place that feels like home, not just a bed. I’m easy going, respectful, and pretty adaptable — whether you’re more into Netflix marathons or quiet downtime, I can gel. I like keeping common spaces tidy and I always tidy up after myself.

I’m not the type to come crashing through the door with a hundred stories straight away — I usually take a bit of time to warm up. But once I’m comfortable, I really value having a good laugh and getting along with the people I live with. I enjoy surfing, roller skating, photography/videography and generally keeping active.

For the practical stuff: I’m a non-smoker, don’t have pets (though I’d happily live with a dog), and I’m pretty mindful with noise. I’m usually up early and work standard office hours, but I also work every weekend — which means my “weekend” usually falls during the week.
