I am a retired male person, but I do online virtual reality, AI creative design work. I have just returned to near Brisbane after travelling Europe, North Africa and Asia for a few years. Cleanliness and being tidy are standard for me. My nature is quiet however I communicate well, and I tend to get on well with people. My work background has been in management, advertising, and marketing, plus I have run my own businesses. I have travelled throughout Australia and have lived overseas in many countries around the world on various occasions. I don't smoke and rarely drink alcohol. Most days, I am an active person that loves to be out and about. I am a regular computer user, so I need good Wi-Fi. I am happy to help with property maintenance activities, animal care, etc. Will consider any that is handy to public transport routes. The rental payments etc must be able to be declared in house costs tax lodgements. I would like to relocate to Hobart or Launceston areas, mainly for the cooler summers.
