I am a full time shift worker as an RN and looking for either a house of my own to rent or a single room to rent that includes an ensuite or own bathroom. I have a car as well so preference for a place with parking space is necessary (If parking permits are required we can cross that bridge). Other than that, I have rented places alone in the past three years with a good rental history. Given my work, I am generally busy and keep to myself whereas on downtime periods, I am actively social and outside or indoors cooking and cleaning, playing videos games or binging a show.
