- Planning to start inspecting properties in June
- Ideally sign a lease and move in during the 1st–2nd week of July
- I’m flexible with move-in timing around that period

- Preferably Asian background (Cantonese / English speaking) — purely for smoother communication

House expectations
- Clean and tidy common areas
- Respectful of shared space
- Open and upfront communication (any concerns should be raised early)

Property preferences
- Apartment building (not a house)
- Quiet area preferred
- Close to a train station is a plus (but not essential)
