Looking for a room (ensuite preferably) within a reasonable commute to CBD (20 -30 min). (if you have something shorter term I am happy to discuss). Ideally furnished. Budget is $300-$500 bills included yet negotiable. Own bedroom, own bathroom or ensuite.

I am moving to Brisbane for a job. Goes without saying clean, tidy, respectful, good open communication, and pull my weight around the house. I lived in share house in different countries for many years now, so I know the ropes.
