My name is Erin, a 25-year-old Canadian currently on my second Working Holiday Visa, and I’m looking for a place to call home on the Gold Coast.
I’m quiet, respectful, clean, and responsible, and I appreciate living in a peaceful and positive home environment. I’d also love become friends with the people I live with.
My budget is up to $350 per week (ideally including utilities), and I’m hoping to find something between Broadbeach and Burleigh, preferably close to the tram line. I’m open to shared houses, granny flats, or a self-contained space.
A little about me: I have plenty of experience living in shared houses and can happily provide references upon request. I love spending time outdoors — hiking, walking, or just enjoying the sunshine. I also enjoy reading, going to the gym, and listening to music. I’m social and enjoy good company, but I also appreciate quiet time to relax and recharge.
