my name is freya, i am looking for a boarding house, studio or other living arrangement to call home before JAN 10TH.

i am tidy and organised, spending most of my days watching lectures, doing yoga and quiet time. i can be social, but also like to enjoy quiet time at home. i am clean and love to cook.

willing to join a sharehouse if under $300, under $400 for something more independent in any of the below areas -
strathfield, sydney city, inner west, darlinghurst, newtown, camperdown, and surrounding suburbs.

please let me know what bond is - and what you need from me to get on the lease to get the ball rolling.
