Name is Nathan, i am 45 yo., divorced male.
Currently unemployed due to medical issues, however that may change if i can find something to suit myself. In saying this however, i pay my rent, bills and food before anything else.

I am relaxed, easy going and chilled. Not a party person, rare social drinker and smoker.
Do not like drama, But can be outspoken when needed. I am a straight shooter, honest, accurate and true; yet very tolerant and respectful of other peoples differing opinions.
As such, I make it a habit not to discuss religion, politics or other subjects of potential contention.

Need some sort of lockable space for tools, fishing and camping gear when not in use.
Would like to find quiet accommodation. Need public transport close by due to some mobility issues.

Looking for long term, stable accommodation, closer to the city than where I currently am, but will consider anything north, east, west or immediately south of the city.
Would also like to have some outdoor space where I can grow food.
