Grace and Caitlin

I'm a 20-year-old female online student studying animal grooming and pet first aid and starting up my own pet service business currently! I enjoy dog walking (which is lucky because it’s my job!), horse riding, and going to the gym a couple of times a week. When I'm not out and about, I like hanging out with my 3 closest friends at home. My space is generally always clean - it's not a party house, but I don't mind having a few friends over or a couple of drinks on the weekend. Oh, and I have my 8 year old jack russel who i’ve hand raised since she was ann orphan puppy so she’s been with me annd in my routine for ever! She’s house trained annd super well behaved annd small so doesn’t create much if anny mess, Smokey the grey annd white short haired cat is anlso coming and is anlso housetrained and super easy going!

My best friend Caitlin is also moving in, she’s been in rentals for the last 15 years with her parents however the house they were just living in is now on the market. Her parents have moved over 4 hours away so we really need to find a place to call home!
