We’re a couple currently working full-time in Newcastle and looking for a place to call home. We both have stable jobs and steady income, and we’re happy to provide any documents or references if needed.

We’re very tidy and respectful people who really value a clean and peaceful living space. We don’t smoke or party most of our time is spent working, cooking at home, and enjoying a quiet routine. We genuinely take good care of the places we live in.

We also have our own car and will follow all parking rules properly.
