Hi ,
I’m 39 single straight male , none smoker with no pets, no kids , full clean police check, I work full time and I usually camp with my jeep and motorbike around Perth , or I fly away somewhere for a few days in my free time ,
I am looking for a room or full house to rent ,
somewhere nice and relaxing and clean to live at and be able to leave my jeep , clean motorbike , and property where I’m living safe , something with a pool or nice garden / outdoor area is something I’m potentially looking for and extra bonus if it’s got land or Near a beach ,
I am very clean and quiet , I don’t mind a drink but don’t really want a wild party house ,
I’m very respectful and would stay pretty quiet ,
I have excellent references from previous rentals I’ve rented alone previously or with a friend , I’ve never missed a payment and can pay bond and even a few months rent up front if it helps , I’m ready to move asap so please message me back if you have something available to view and take on if all is good , thanks again
