Josefina and Pablo

Hi there! We’re Pablo (28) and Josefina (26), a young couple currently living in Australia for almost three years.

We’re both full-time students and also work part-time, which gives us a stable routine and consistent income. We lead a quiet, organised and respectful lifestyle, and we truly value keeping a home clean and well looked after.

We’re planning to stay in Australia long term, so we’re looking for a place where we can settle, feel at home and build continuity. Northern Beaches feels like the perfect area for us due to the lifestyle, community and proximity to our studies and work. Also, we leaved in the Northen Beaches around 1 year and a half.

We’re non-smokers, responsible tenants and happy to provide references if required. We treat any property as if it were our own and take pride in being reliable and easy to communicate with.
