I am a single mum with a 6.5 year old daughter In need of 2 bedrooms unfurnished. Ideally a dual townhouse living arrangement as that's what I've had for the last 2 years, or a granny flat. However open to house sharing with the right people.

I'm easy going. Work part time and have close to a 50/50 custody arrangement for my daughter so half the time it's just me.

My lease was up on the 8th July so looking for a place available now or very soon.
