Hello, I’m Nicola. I’m a warm, respectful and considerate person hoping to return to Gold Coast. to be closer to my two adult children, Luka, 23, and Chloe, 18, who live in Miami

I take great pride in maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming home. I’m reliable, responsible and careful, and would treat any property with the same care and respect as my own. I value a peaceful, well-kept home environment and am seeking a stable, long-term tenancy where I can live quietly and independently.
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, reading, painting, spending time with animals, meeting new people and appreciating life’s simple pleasures. I’m considerate of neighbours, take pride in looking after my surroundings and would be a quiet and respectful tenant.

I have a rare heart condition, which has deepened my appreciation for family and meaningful time together. My move to Queensland is primarily motivated by the opportunity to be closer to my children, who would be my only regular visitors.
