Hi everyone,

My name is Mikhail, I’m 35 and work remotely in IT. I have a stable full-time job and a quiet lifestyle.

I’m currently waiting for my permanent residency in Australia and planning to stay long-term. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to deal with. I don’t smoke, and I’m not a party person.

I mostly work from home during the day and keep things relaxed. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, going for walks, and watching movies.

I’m currently looking for a private place to rent — ideally a unit, studio, or granny flat. I need a parking space (or easy parking nearby) and good public transport access to the CBD.
