Hello, My name is Emily I’m a 22 year old female from New Zealand, i have been living in gold coast for over 2 years now, i work full time with 2 jobs. I would describe myself as a keep to myself kind of person but still keen to chat and have a drink or go to the beach , really clean, tidy, respectful, quiet, easy going and will for sure run you no stress or worries! I have had previous rentals in the past and have never had problems with paying rent and bills on time. I also left the place clean and tidy with a full refund of bond. I know basic respect of living with other people and definitely know the rights from wrongs :)
