Greetings to all! As I embark upon a new chapter of my life, I'm excited to introduce myself to this vibrant flatmate community. I'm a 33-year-old mechanical engineer who is making a permanent move to Australia. While this journey is mine, my heart remains with my wife, a graduate student currently based in Canada.

Cleanliness and orderliness are values that resonate with me. A tidy living space is not just a preference but a way of life. I find solace in an organized environment. On the social front, you'll find me to be a responsible and easygoing individual. I don't smoke, and while I do enjoy the occasional social interaction, partying isn't a major part of my lifestyle. I hold no particular religious affiliations, valuing a diverse and inclusive atmosphere.

As I step into this new phase, my focus will primarily be on my professional journey. Job hunting and work commitments will be at the forefront, keeping me occupied for most of the day. When time permits, I indulge in my passions. Music, cycling, hitting the gym, swimming laps, venturing into off-road escapades, and embracing the outdoors are activities that bring me joy and balance.

In the end, I always look after my mates and expect them to look after me!
