I am 30 and currently working for myself in speculative finance. I predominantly work from home.

I am fairly easy going and like to keep myself busy and maintain an active lifestyle.

My family live in rural vic so I often go home on weekends. If I am around I enjoy socialising and winding down after a busy week

I like to keep a clean house and consider myself quite house proud - always keen to maintain shared areas and improve living spaces as much as possible

As mentioned above I try to keep myself busy so I am a fairly quiet housemate and always very respectful of other people’s space and lives. However I do find it important to find time to hang out as a group, whether it’s a house dinner or drinks or some way to catch up with each other

Currently I am staying with family so I am very flexible with move in dates and I am pretty much flexible with all aspects of any living arrangements
