I am a quiet, very pleasant, super tidy, easy going & respectful person with a good sense of humour & a healthy lifestyle is my priority. My 21yr old son has & moved away for work & miss him terribly but accepting it now as he is thriving out there doing amazing things. I'm currently living with my parents, while looking for an ideal place for me, so AM FLEXIBLE TO DATE OF MOVING. I work part time, days & nights as a Nanny/Child Minder & love it. & I like my peace & serenity, prefer no dramas & want nothing more than to set up a homely, comfy, pleasant environment to feel at home again, I am very house proud & have many pics of my previous home & have many references & to confirm I am a person of very good character. I would love a self contained separate area, cottage, 1 bedroom apartment or share in a situation where I have alot of privacy, quiet & own living area. I'm also INTERESTED IN A TEAM UP Roommate looking for similar areas with similar values to me & could apply together for a pleasant place with separate bathroom & living room. I love decorating so my places I set up have that cozy, homely vibe. & I am not someone who has many visitors come & go & I'm very respectful of people around me when it comes to noise, privacy & doing the right thing. I am looking for a place anywhere BETWEEN Mt Coolum & Sunshine Beach out to Doonan. I spend my spare time at Beach, swimming laps & visiting friends & family. I have no pets.
