My name is Kimba-Jo Nathan and I am currently looking for a place to stay in brisbane with my relative.

We are two responsible working adults seeking a long-term rental in Brisbane, ideally an apartment, townhouse, or villa, with a budget of up to $600 per week. We would prefer an already furnished property. We are both in stable employment, with me currently working around five days per week, and my relative planning to relocate to Brisbane in early February 2026 while transferring her employment as part of the move. We are clean, tidy, and respectful tenants who take pride in maintaining a well-kept home and value open communication with landlords and property managers. We are looking for a comfortable, well-maintained property where we can settle in long term.
