30 year old male, currently living in New Zealand (Australian citizen born in NZ) looking for a place in Melbourne at the end of December/start of January.

I work full time remotely in tech and will be bringing my job over with me to Melbourne so there will be no need to worry about me paying rent on time

I am pretty social, relaxed and own my own home in Auckland so understand how to respect a house and property.

I will also be bringing my small dog over with me, a Swedish Vallhund called Baloo who is 5 years old and completely house trained.

I am looking for a room in Melbourne in a 2-3 bedroom house with 1-2 other house mates, budget dependant on the room.
