I'm a 44 year-old woman who loves the beach, sunrises, music, nature walks, gardening, cooking, animals and meditation. I work part-time and prefer living in a studio/granny flat or shared space, preferably with a yard I can have a veggie garden & yard to play with my dogs. My house vibes are clean, respectful, calm, fun, friendly, and zen with the occasional ruckus if my housemate/s throw a get together on occasion. I'm LGBTQIA+ and a non-smoker with a very mature, well mannered, quiet 11yo daughter every other weekend and our well trained, obedient hypoallergenic Cavoodle (small dog) pups. Life is all about staying positive and embracing the beauty around me. Both my daughter and I are very adaptable, loyal, clean, quiet & respectful housemate.
