Hey! I’m Ave, 22, currently studying at QUT and working part-time while balancing uni life. I’d describe myself as pretty easygoing, social, and respectful of people’s space.

I’m into motorsports, bikes, tech, gaming, and anything hands-on/mechanical. I enjoy being social and having friends over occasionally. Still, I’m also mindful of the people I live with and always try to keep a good balance between fun and respecting the house environment.

I’m looking for a place with a friendly and comfortable vibe where people get along well, communicate openly, and are happy to occasionally hang out, while still respecting each other’s privacy and downtime.

As a housemate, I’m clean, considerate, and used to balancing work, study, and social life. Ideally looking for something long-term around the $250–280/week mark.
