Hi! I’m Victoire, a 23-year-old French professional currently living in Darwin and moving back to Brisbane on September 6th. I’m looking for a long-term room/apartment in the CBD or close to the center, with a budget between $380–430/week.

I’ve been living in Australia for almost 2 years now and I’m planning to stay long term. I work full-time in hospitality and will also continue my studies in Brisbane in the future, so I’m looking for a stable, clean and respectful home environment.

I’m very independent, calm, tidy and easy to live with. My lifestyle is quite healthy and structured: gym, work, cooking/eating well, early mornings, and I enjoy having a peaceful space at home. I’m social and friendly but also respectful of personal space and downtime.

I’m ideally looking for:

* A clean and well-maintained apartment
* Long-term housemates/professionals
* CBD, South Brisbane, Fortitude Valley, New Farm or nearby areas
* Good atmosphere without being a party house

I can provide proof of income, references and I’m reliable with rent payments.
