Hi there!

I’m a 21-year-old student at Griffith University, currently working as a lifeguard and passionate about training. My lease in a 5-person share house is coming to an end, and I’m now looking for a new place close to both uni and work in the Southport area. I’m seeking a non-party house as I usually go to bed early and appreciate a quieter environment.

I’m clean, respectful, organized, and always punctual with rent. I also have two fridges, tables, chairs, and kitchen gear, so I can help furnish the place if needed. If the house is already furnished, I’m happy to sell my furniture before moving in.

My daily routine includes training in the mornings and evenings, and I’m often out during the day for university or work. Occasionally, I might study from home, but I’m generally quite busy and on the go.

My current lease ends in early October, so I’m hoping to move around then. However, I’m flexible and willing to cover the rent if the room needs to be filled before I move in.
