My partner Tom and I are moving back to the Gold Coast after having spent some time back at home in Cornwall, UK and looking for a place to live from 1st January 2026.
We're 26 and 27 years old, we love being outside and at the beach, into keeping an active lifestyle, we're also big foodies and enjoy being social just as much as chilling at home. 😊
Together we have had lots of experience with living in rentals/shared accomodation, so we know how to be very respectful, clean and tidy tenants!
For income, both Tom and I now have confirmed work, starting a little after when we arrive at the beginning of December, however we have savings to completely cover our stay regardless.
In terms of length of stay - we are looking for around 3-6 months or a rolling contract, but would be happy to chat about this and make the right place work.
We are available for in-person viewings from 15th December onwards, but in the mean time a virtual/video viewing would work just fine with us if it did for you too 😊
