Hi. I am Eric. 32 yo. old, Filipino, and planning to move to Newcastle as I've got a full time job there as an engineer. I currently live in Port Macquarie and prefer to move in right away as I don't have much time to do room inspections. I've been living in Australia for over 3 years now and consistently working as an engineer.

Ideally, I prefer to have my own bathroom and sharing the house with only 1-2 tenants. I am inclined to pay a bit more for a suitable room & house environment.

I am a minimalist, and do enjoy a peaceful, and tidy environment.

I respect one's privacy but will always be there if you need some chat.

I'm into reading, long walks, working out.
