I am female in my mid-twenties from the UK currently residing in the Northern Beaches. I like the area and work in a restaurant nearby so am looking for a single room around this area. I spend my free time at the gym, beach or when possible going to concerts and love socialising even that just means a chat over a cup of tea.

Throughout my time at Uni I shared multiple flats, both with friends and strangers, so I understand the need to remain respectful and neat while also appreciate the community and homeliness that can come with shared housing.

I'm currently living with family but am looking to move out soon as I prefer to live independently. I am planning on staying in the area for the foreseeable future so am interested in a 3-12+ month lease.
I am only interested in properties with parking available though am happy to pay extra for this.
