I work in the fitness industry gym manager and my budget for a house is around $400-450 a week with bills

I love anything to do with fitness and wellness, long walks beach days. I do indulge in a drink every now and then. Other hobbies include reading a good book or binge-watching a true crime/true story documentary on netflix.

I lived in London for 7 years in various house-sharing situations, so I have a lot of experience living in shared housing, always cleaning up after myself.
