I will have a 15-day notice where I currently stay. Looking for a place till July 2027.
Working full-time.
Want a decent table setup or space to have one, as I use a multi-monitor setup and need some working space since I usually WFH.
Reason for looking is my partner moving to stay with me.
The house should have its own laundry.
I don't smoke or drink, and not a party person.
Budget:
Ideally < 450pw
Max(depending on the house ≤ 500pw
Not limited to suburbs mentioned, if
Option 1:
it within 30 mins of either Parramatta Sq, or Sydney CBD by train.
Option 2: near a beach.
