Kia Ora! I am a 26yr old Mathematics teacher from New Zealand moving to the Gold Coast for a teaching position in Reedy Creek area.

Hoping to find a place close to a train station as Ill be taking public transport to work on the weekdays and heading to the beach on weekends to chill. My rent limit varies depending on the property type. With flatmates I want to pay 400 max pw, for a studio I want to pay 550 max pw. Bonus if the place has free access to gym and pool.

Hobbies including music, gym, reading & beach days. Im a super tidy person and enjoy keeping my space tidy and clean. Im a social person but don't mind keeping to myself at the flat and hanging out with other people outside the flat if thats the vibe.
