Hi, just putting the feelers out, I work away from home 14 days every month but live in Newcastle on my days off. I’m a home owner over in Charlestown but miss living in newy. I’d like to find a place walking distance to one of the beaches, a parking space and storage is a must and I have my own furniture so an unfinished room would be preferred.
Looking for a quiet, clean place, I keep to myself but would be nice to have a chat or dinner with housemates occasionally.
I’m pretty active on my days off so in and out a lot but chilled in the evenings.

I’m not desperate to move but if the right place/housemate came along I’d be keen.
